Refund Policy

Overview

AgencyFlow offers a 14-day free trial that lets you try the platform before purchasing. Because of this, we maintain a limited refund policy for paid subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before upgrading.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund for the most recent billing charge if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a technical billing error on our end)
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period due to a fault on our side
  • You contact us within 7 days of your first charge on a new paid plan and have not meaningfully used the paid features

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to support@agencyflow.app with your account email and the reason for the request.

Plan Downgrades and Cancellations

Downgrading to a lower plan or cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period for which you have already been charged.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your AgencyFlow account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.

Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All refunds approved under this policy are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
