By accessing or using AgencyFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. AgencyFlow is operated by the AgencyFlow team ("we," "us," or "our").
AgencyFlow is a SaaS platform that helps marketing and service agencies capture, qualify, and manage inbound leads. Features include AI-powered lead enrichment and scoring, client onboarding checklists, CRM integrations, and team collaboration tools.
You must create an account to use AgencyFlow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.
AgencyFlow offers a 14-day free trial of Pro-level features (no credit card required) and three paid plans: Solo ($39/mo), Pro ($99/mo), and Agency ($199/mo). Yearly billing is available at a discount. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Downgrading your plan may restrict access to features or data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from a plan downgrade.

You retain ownership of all data you input into AgencyFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Lead and contact data you collect through AgencyFlow is your responsibility to manage in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR if applicable).
AgencyFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AgencyFlow and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
